The 21st Cancer Biology Annual Retreat will be held at the Omni downtown hotel in Richmond, Virginia beginning with cocktails and dinner on the evening of Sunday, October 26 and ending after lunch on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Our All-Inclusive $1250 Private Registration Package and All-Inclusive $1030 Shared Registration Package includes two-nights accommodations, six meals and all related conference fees, taxes and gratuities. Packages do not include ground transportation or parking. Extra nights may be available for $220 per night. All Registration Packages are based on availability and may sell out. All hotel reservations are managed by CABTRAC. Discounted Host Registration is available for Members affiliated with the University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University.
