CABTRAC is excited to offer great programming for junior scientists attending our Annual Retreat. Each Member institution may register two trainees (one graduate student and one postdoctoral fellow, as applicable) to join us for networking, career guidance and to learn more about current topics affecting the cancer research training community.
The 21st Cancer Biology Annual Retreat will be held at the Omni downtown hotel in Richmond, Virginia beginning with a Trainee Social on Sunday, October 26 from 12:30p-2:30p at Siné Irish Pub, 1327 E Cary St, Richmond – a 5 minute walk from the Omni, and ending after lunch on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Our All-Inclusive $755 Shared Room Trainee Registration Package includes two-nights shared hotel accommodations, six meals and all related conference fees, taxes and gratuities. Packages do not include ground transportation or parking. All Registration Packages are based on availability and may sell out. All hotel reservations are managed by CABTRAC. Shared room assignments are managed by CABTRAC; Trainees will be assigned to room with a trainee from another school in order to foster networking. Trainees whose school pays for a Shared Package may upgrade to a private room for an additional $220; please upgrade using the form below as a separate transaction. Discounted Host Registration is available for attendees affiliated with the University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Now that we are within two weeks of registration closing on October 1, we are only accepting payment by credit card through PayPal; a PayPal account is not required to pay by PayPal.
