Though our annual Retreat is geared for PIs and faculty, we know training programs and cancer centers value the knowledge their support staff brings to the team. Administrative roles, whether working in grants, education, diversity or CRTEC, are welcome to join their leaders at the CABTRAC Retreat to learn more about the processes and issues common to cancer research training programs across the country.

The 19th Cancer Biology Annual Retreat will be held at the VEA Newport Marriott Resort in Newport Beach, California Sunday, October 22 through Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

ALL-INCLUSIVE $1250 Registration Package includes two-nights King-bed guest room accommodations, five meals and all related conference fees, taxes and gratuities. The package does not include ground transportation or parking. Extra nights are available at $385 per night. All Registration Packages are based on availability and may sell out. We currently have a wait list for Saturday night 10/21 hotel rooms and are SOLD OUT of Queen-Queen (2-bed) hotel rooms. All hotel reservations are managed by CABTRAC. Local Registration (without hotel room) is available for UCI, UCSD, UCLA, USC, SBPDI, COH and Salk attendees. Buddy-Up Registration is now closed as we are SOLD OUT of Queen-Queen hotel rooms.
