The Cancer Biology Training Consortium is pleased to offer limited sponsorship opportunities and registration packages for industry vendors.

$1750. Vendor Attendee Package – This all-inclusive registration package includes a two-night private hotel guest room at the meeting venue hotel, five group meals and access to all Retreat programming (except invitation-only events), and related fees, taxes and gratuities. This package does not include parking, vendor booth or sponsorship claim. This package is limited to the first five registrants.

$1000. Vendor Day Package – The package provides a seat at all Monday group meals to one representative, a booth in the exhibition room, distribution of handouts, and digital signage. Additional representatives can be added for $400 each. This package does not include hotel accommodations or parking. This package is limited to the first ten booths who register.

$300. Can’t attend in person? This package provides the opportunity to sponsor a session or event with digital signage, as well as distribution of handouts in the welcome packages. Examples of sessions and events available to sponsor include breakout sessions and individual trainee poster awards. The total amount of this sponsorship is a tax-deductible donation to the Cancer Biology Training Consortium.
