CABTRAC invites our members to join us for networking and discussion on current topics affecting the cancer research training community.

The 21st Cancer Biology Annual Retreat will be held at the Omni downtown hotel in Richmond, Virginia beginning with cocktails and dinner on the evening of Sunday, October 26 and ending after lunch on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

ALL-INCLUSIVE $1250 Private Room Registration Package Includes two-nights hotel accommodations, six meals and all related conference fees, taxes and gratuities. The package does not include ground transportation or parking. Extra nights may be available at $220 per night. Registration Packages are based on availability and may sell out. All hotel reservations are managed by CABTRAC.

ALL-INCLUSIVE $755 Trainee Registration Package Discounted registration is available for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows in shared hotel room accommodations: two night’s hotel room, six meals and all related conference fees, taxes and gratuities; trainee attendees are assigned a two-bed shared hotel room with a roommate from another school. The package does not include ground transportation or parking. Trainee Registration Packages are limited and may sell out. All hotel reservations are managed by CABTRAC. All registered trainee attendees are required to participate in Speed Mentoring and present a Poster.
