We are pleased to offer three chartered bus trips from the Kansas City Marriott Downtown hotel (KCMD) to the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) on Wednesday, October 30, on a first-come basis. Sign up below.

Bus One (Early Bus)
Starts to load at 11am; departs hotel by 11:15am. Arrives MCI around 11:45am – take this bus if your flight is scheduled to depart at 1:15pm or later.*

Bus Two (Midday Bus)
Starts to load at 12:30pm; departs hotel by 12:45pm. Arrives MCI around 1:15pm – take this bus if your flight is scheduled to depart at 2:45pm or later.*

Bus Three (Late Bus)
Starts to load at 2pm; departs hotel by 2:15pm. Arrives MCI around 2:45pm – take this bus if your flight is scheduled to depart at 4:15pm or later.*

*Please note the Airport and most Airline’s blanket recommend is that you should arrive at the airport at least two hours before you scheduled departure time. Our schedule is considering that most of our flyers have TSA pre-check and only carry-on luggage, therefore our scheduled is based on a 1.5 hour airport arrival drop-off. Please carefully determine which bus fits best with your needs to get to the airport on time.
