CABTRAC is excited to offer great programming for junior scientists attending our Annual Retreat. Each Member institution may register two trainees (one graduate student and one postdoctoral fellow, as applicable) to join us for networking, career guidance and to learn more about current topics affecting the cancer research training community. NEW! This year is the Night Science Trainee workshop on Monday, October 5 from 9am to 4pm.

The 22nd Cancer Biology Annual Retreat will be held at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort in Lexington, Kentucky beginning with a Trainee Social on the evening of Sunday, October 4 and ending after lunch on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

Our All-Inclusive $865 Trainee Registration Package includes three-nights shared hotel accommodations, eight meals and all related conference fees, taxes and gratuities. Packages do not include ground transportation. All Registration Packages are based on availability and may sell out. All hotel reservations are managed by CABTRAC. Shared room assignments are managed by CABTRAC; Trainees will be assigned to room with a trainee from another school in order to foster networking. Trainees whose school pays for a Shared Package may upgrade to a private room for an additional $265 as a separate transaction (or school may pay the entire amount at registration.) Discounted Host Registration is available for attendees affiliated with the University of Kentucky.
