The Cancer Biology Training Consortium is pleased to offer limited registration packages for industry vendors to participate in the 2026 Cancer Biology Annual Retreat.

Level One: Attend Monday, October 5 through Wednesday, October 7 with all-inclusive full access. $2000
Level Two: Engage on Tuesday, October 6 with access to sessions and events. $1615
Level Three: Present your company through media (attendance-free option). $500

The All-inclusive Level One Vendor Registration Package $2000 provides one representative a seat at all group meals (six in total), two night’s private accommodations in the meeting hotel, an exhibition booth/table for all three days, digital signage and your logo on the agenda and meeting website, as well as the opportunity to sponsor a session or event. This package is limited to the first five companies who register. A second person can register at a discounted rate, either sharing a hotel room ($650) or reserving a private hotel room ($1000) for the two nights and has the same access.

The Level Two Vendor Package $1615 provides one representative an exhibition booth/table for Tuesday, October 6 only, the opportunity to sponsor a Tuesday session or event with digital signage, your logo on the agenda and meeting website.  It also includes a seat at either the Monday reception and dinner or the Tuesday dinner event, plus Tuesday breakfast and lunch. This package includes one night’s accommodations in the meeting hotel – your choice either Monday or Tuesday night. This package is limited to the first five companies who register. A second person can register at a discounted rate, either sharing a hotel room ($438) or reserving a private hotel room for one night ($650) with the same access as the first person.

The Level Three Package $500 will be a tax-deductible donation to the Cancer Biology Training Consortium, and provides the opportunity to sponsor a session or event with digital signage, as well as distribution of handouts in the welcome packages, and have your logo on the agenda and meeting website. Examples of sessions and events available to sponsor include breakout sessions and social events.
