CABTRAC is excited to offer great programming for selected junior scientists this year. Each Member institution may register two trainees (one graduate student and one postdoctoral fellow, as applicable) to join us for networking, career guidance and to learn more about current topics affecting the cancer research training community.

The 20th Cancer Biology Annual Retreat will be held at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown hotel in Kansas City, Missouri with the trainee experience beginning with a social on the afternoon of Monday, October 28 and ending after lunch on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

ALL-INCLUSIVE Registration Package includes two-nights shared hotel room accommodations, six meals and all related conference fees, taxes and gratuities. The package does not include ground transportation or parking. Extra hotel nights can be added to your registration based on availability. Trainee Registration Packages are limited and may sell out. All hotel reservations are managed by CABTRAC. 

All registered trainee attendees are required to participate in Speed Mentoring and present their Poster. Additionally, trainee attendees are assigned a two-bed shared hotel room with a same-gender roommate from another school.
